Appointments
If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment please call us as soon as possible at (517) 676-1091. Please do not email us appointment cancellations. For your
convenience, during hours that we are not open, you may leave us a voice mail message regarding any issues with a scheduled appointment.
Insurance and Billing
We accept a wide range of insurance plans and participate at the Premier level with Dental Dental. Please contact us with any specific questions about your insurance plan. We
understand that there can be many questions and confusion when it comes to dental insurance and our knowledgable front desk staff can answer any of your concerns. Currently we are proudly accepting Delta Dental
Premier. We are happy to file insurance claims for you on your behalf and ask you to reciprocate by paying your estimated co-payments at the time of service
Payment Options
As a courtesy let us inform you that payment for all services, copays and deductibles is due at the time of service. We accept personal checks, cash, VISA, and MasterCard. We also offer flexible
payment plans through Care Credit financing. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. A monthly charge of 1.5% will be added to any balance outstanding for more than 30 days.
